INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Once you have decided to apply for admission and have chosen the course for which you want to apply please submit the
additional documents by fax or e-mail info@ncmacademy.co.za to the school.
The fee structure on this site is not applicable to international students who need the documentation to secure a visa to come to
South Africa for study. The International Applicant must contact the college office for international school fee structure.
You will be expected to remit 50% of your tuition fees in order to obtain an Acceptance Letter and other documentation
which will support your application for visa.
The Fee structure or Price list on this website does not apply to students who are applying from outside the Country.

In all cases 50% deposit of the total course fee for entire year/s of study together with the cost of South African Medical Aid if need will be paid before we will send any document.
Remaining school fees will be paid on monthly bases after six months of commencement of school classes. In a situation where the applicant visa is deny by
South African consulate, 20% from the deposit will be deducted for the administration and bank charges, And remaining 30% will be refunded to the applicant.
The remittance of 50% of the tuition is recomended if you wish to be more confident in securing a visa for entering the
Republic of South Africa from the High Commission or Embassy in your residence country. Upon receipt of the full
remittance fees, you will be issued a letter of Admission.
Depending of your country of origin, you may or may not require a visa to enter the Republic of South Africa. Please
check with South African High commission in your home country if you may require a visa before you start making travel arragements.
Other surrounding and bordering nationals who may not require a visa into South Africa may find it useful to acquire a visa since
it will ease their entry into South Africa upon arrival. Most airlines will also need to see that you have acceptable immigration
documents as they will be heavily fined for carrying passengers without the right and permits to enter the country.
To obtain a student visa, you will be required to produce the following documents to the Embassy at the South Africa
High Comminssion in your home country(this may vary from country to country):
A vaild passport
Evidence of enrolment unto a full-time course or programme to study consisting a minimum of 15 hours day time study per week.
Evidence that you possess the minimum academic qualifications for your chosen course of study.
Evidence of your ability to meet the cost of your tuition and living expences in South Africa for the duration of the course.
The High Commission will also need to be satisfied that the course you intend to follow will enhance your employment prospects in
your country upon graduation and also that, you intend to return to your home country upon completion of your studies.
South African Medical Aid (Cover)- We may assist you to find medical aid within South Africa after we have received your remittance.
you are responsible for your own medical aid.
Prospective students are advised not to enter South Africa on visitors visa with the objective of applying for a change of
status at a later date since they will have to also meet the requirements outline by department of Home Affairs.
